How it works

Four steps, always in this order. We estimate the savings first, agree a fixed price, put approval steps on anything sensitive, and then measure what actually happened.
  1. 1

    Map: find the waste

    1 to 2 weeks

We interview your team and watch how the work gets done. You get a ranked list of fixes, each with estimated hours and dollars saved, build cost, and payback period.

    What you do
Just a 1-hour kickoff and introductions to your team.
    What we do
We run the interviews, watch the work, do the math, and write the Map.
    What you get
The Time & Money Map: a ranked, priced list of automations worth building.
  2. 2

    Plan: pick the highest-return fixes

    A few days

Together we choose what to build first. A good default is the item with the fastest payback. We agree a fixed price and a savings target before anything gets built.

    What you do
One meeting to pick from the ranked list.
    What we do
Scope the build, set the savings target, fix the price.
    What you get
A fixed-price proposal with a specific savings target attached.
  3. 3

Build: live in weeks, with approval steps

2 to 6 weeks, depending on scope

We build inside your accounts, test with your real documents, and put approval steps on anything that sends money, emails a customer, or deletes a file.

    What you do
Grant scoped access and answer questions as they come up.
    What we do
Build, test with real edge cases, train your team at handover.
    What you get
A working automation your team actually uses, plus an activity log and an off switch.
  4. 4

Measure: see the savings, every month

    Ongoing

After launch we measure the real numbers against the target. On a care plan you get a monthly report of hours and dollars saved, plus monitoring and fixes.

    What you do
Read a one-page report each month.
    What we do
Monitor, fix, improve, and report the real numbers.
    What you get
A monthly report of the real hours and dollars saved, with usage costs shown at cost.

What we need from you

We keep it short on purpose, since the point is to take work off your plate.

  • A 1-hour kickoff meeting with the owner or manager
  • Access to the tools involved, scoped to the minimum needed
  • One point person we can ask quick questions

Plan on roughly three hours of your time across the whole Map step.
