Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information CraneRidge Holdings LLC, doing business as TaskCAD (“TaskCAD”, “we”) collects through this website (taskcad.com), what we do with it, and the choices you have. Work we do for clients is covered by each client’s written agreement with us, and our Security page describes how we handle client data during a project.
The short version
- We only collect what you choose to send us through a form, our booking calendar, or email.
- We don’t track your visits or use advertising cookies.
- We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
- The website doesn’t send your information to any AI service.
- Email hello@taskcad.com and we’ll show you or delete what we hold about you.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form
Your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), industry, team size, and the message you write. The form sends these to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service.
When you ask us to email you a savings estimate
Your email address and the numbers you entered in the calculator, with the estimate it produced. They reach us by email through Web3Forms, and we use them to send you the estimate you asked for.
When you book a call
Booking happens in Calendly, which opens on our site as a pop-up or in a new tab. Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you choose, and any answers you give on its booking form, and sends us the booking. Calendly’s code loads only when you reach for a booking button. Once it’s open, Calendly may also collect information about your visit under its own privacy notice, including through cookies and similar technologies that can track activity across websites and record your session. We don’t control what Calendly collects.

Your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Technical details
Like any website, ours and the services above receive standard technical details with each request, such as your IP address and browser type. Our hosting provider keeps these in short-term logs for security and troubleshooting, and Web3Forms uses them to deliver messages and filter out spam.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule and hold your call, and send the estimate you asked for.
- To follow up about your inquiry or estimate. We don’t add you to a newsletter or marketing list unless you ask us to.
- To provide our services if you become a client.
- To keep ordinary business records and to protect the site from abuse.
Services that handle it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They handle information only to provide their service to us:
- Hostinger, which hosts the website
- Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox and keeps a copy of each for 30 days
- Calendly, which runs our booking calendar
- our business email provider, which holds email sent to hello@taskcad.com
We don’t sell or rent your information and don’t share it for advertising. We would disclose it only if the law required us to, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Cookies
This site doesn’t set any cookies of its own and doesn’t use trackers. If you open our booking calendar, Calendly may use its own cookies and similar technologies, including ones that track activity across websites and record sessions, and will ask for your choice where the law requires it.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our pages don’t track you across websites, so there’s nothing for the signal to switch off. Calendly, if you open it, follows its own policy and may not respond to the signal.
How long we keep it
Web3Forms keeps its copy of each form submission for 30 days. We keep contact-form messages, estimate requests, and booking details in our email for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep them with our client records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@taskcad.com to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop hearing from us. We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California, the EU, or the UK, you may have additional rights under local law; we honor these requests wherever you live.
Nevada residents
We don’t sell personal information. Nevada residents can still send a request not to have their information sold to hello@taskcad.com, and we’ll answer within 60 days.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to what you send us is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords, financial account numbers, or confidential client documents through the website.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects information you’ve already given us in a significant way, we’ll tell you by email.
