Common questions

More on how we handle your data is on the Security page.

What exactly is included in a build price?

Scoping, building, testing with your real documents, approval steps on anything sensitive, an activity log, and a handover session with your team. The price is fixed once we agree the scope, so you won't get a bill for extra hours.

Who pays for AI usage costs?

You do, at cost, with no markup. Usage runs through business or API accounts set up in your company's name, so the provider's terms are with you. The monthly savings report shows the exact usage cost next to the hours saved, so you always see both sides of the math.

What happens if something breaks?

On a care plan, we're already monitoring your automations, and the fix is part of the plan. Without a care plan, we fix anything caused by our build for free in the first 30 days, and quote small fixes after that.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Builds are one-time projects, so there's nothing to cancel. Care plans cancel with 30 days' notice, and everything we built keeps running afterward, because it lives in your accounts.

Do you keep our data?

We don't keep copies beyond what a project needs. Your files and records stay stored in your own accounts, and we work inside them with scoped access you can revoke at any time. To do their work, automations send content to the services that process it, such as your AI provider, which may keep it briefly (up to 30 days at some providers) under its business terms. We name every service that handles your data, in writing, before we build.
